EL MANIFIESTO SOLIDARIO (V 2.0)
Cambiemos la Libre Competencia por la Libre Solidaridad

1. Intoducción
1.1 Otro Mundo es Posible
Hoy en día la humanidad no tiene esperanzas. Los Sistemas Económicos basados en el dinero (todos) nos han llevado al borde del precipicio de la insustentabilidad. Si alguien hoy quisiera convertir todo el dinero existente en servicios y bienes concretos, se necesitarían de muchos planetas Tierra para conseguirlo. En este artículo propongo la única alternativa viable que permite garantizar la supervivencia de la humanidad, ganarnos - por fin - el respeto de nuestros vecinos alienígenas, colonizar la Luna y Marte y llegar a las estrellas. Este Sistema se basa en la simbiosis, no necesita de dinero para comerciar (no es trueque) y merece llamarse "Libre Solidaridad" (como opuesto al Sistema Económico actualmente dominante y que se denomina "Libre Competencia").

1.2 El Fracaso de los Sistemas Monetarios
Los Sistemas Monetarios (Democracia, Socialismo, Monarquía, Teocracia, Anarquía, etc.) se basan en la existencia del dinero-fiat (dinero valioso por convención o acuerdo social) y en el dinero-deuda (dinero respaldado con compromisos futuros de producción de bienes y servicios o "contratos de esclavitud"), lo que nos ha llevado al borde de la extinción y ha permitido el surgimiento de una elite que planea eliminar todos nuestros derechos. Sobre la primera afirmación ("nos ha llevado al borde de la extinción") basta decir que los Sistemas Monetarios ODIAN la eficiencia. Por ejemplo, una Empresa Eléctrica no va a ganar más dinero si sus usuarios comienzan a utilizar ampolletas ecológicas y deciden racionar su consumo. Esto es así porque en un Sistema Monetario los ingresos de esta Empresa dependen de los kilowatts-hora vendidos y no de la eficiencia. En un Sistema Monetario todas las Empresas necesitan vender lo máximo posible para maximizar sus ingresos. Pocos se dan cuenta de la consecuencia obvia de esto. Si en un Sistema Monetario todos necesitan vender lo máximo posible, entonces cae de cajón que todos los recursos naturales tengan que agotarse rápidamente. Démosle gracias por ello a los Sistemas Monetarios. Sobre la segunda afirmación ("ha permitido el surgimiento de una elite que planea eliminar todos nuestros derechos") pocos han advertido que existen dos sets de leyes: uno para la elite ("Ellos") y otro para los esclavos (nosotros). Por ejemplo, es ilegal comerciar con dinero en bruto… salvo que seas parte de la elite (como un Banco o una Sociedad de Inversiones). Todos deben pagar impuestos… salvo que tu empresa esté en las Islas Caimán. Ninguna Comunidad puede imprimir su propio dinero… pero alguien tiene que imprimirlo, ¿Verdad? Etcétera. Como dijo una vez Meyer Amschel Rothschild: "Dadme el control del suministro del dinero y no me importará quien haga las leyes". La elite nos ha dado esclavitud camuflada, pero debido a la publicidad lava-cerebros nos ha hecho creer que vivimos en el paraíso de la libertad. Por si no se han dado cuenta, la probabilidad de llegar a ser Presidente de un país sin tener el respaldo de la elite es igual a cero.

1.3 Rediseñando la Sociedad
El Sistema Económico alternativo que propongo parte de una idea extremadamente sencilla, pero la vida nos enseña que las soluciones sencillas son las más poderosas. Nadie te obliga a usar dinero para vivir, pero los Sistemas Monetarios incentivan su uso creando relaciones sociales de Competencia y Depredación:

i) Todo el mundo intenta vendernos bienes y servicios por más de lo que valen (porque las Empresas están obligadas a tener utilidades)
ii) Si trabajas en una Empresa es porque le "ganaste" el puesto a otras personas. Tú ganaste… pero otros tuvieron que perder (Ellos han diseñado un Sistema donde la convivencia social se basa en "Juegos de Suma Cero").
iii) Si eres Empresario, debes:
- Luchar contra la competencia
- Vender lo máximo posible (depredar los recursos naturales)

¿Qué tal si hablamos con nuestros amigos y entre todos compramos un par de hectáreas para crear desde cero una nueva Sociedad basada en relaciones de Simbiosis (Libre Solidaridad en lugar de Libre Competencia)? En esta nueva Sociedad re-diseñada para ser simbiótica y sinérgica, la gente estará motivada (no obligada) a ser Solidaria. Si alguien libremente quiere mantener interacciones depredadoras y competitivas, que lo haga, pero se dará cuenta que gana más siendo simbiótico. Es decir, se puede desmotivar el uso del dinero haciéndolo innecesario. Esa es la clave.
Por muy utópico que pueda parecer, este Sistema hoy se está llevando a cabo en un lugar secreto de Chile habitado por seres humanos despiertos que creen en la Solidaridad y la Simbiosis (es un lugar secreto porque de no serlo la elite lo destruiría por medio de sus abogados). El Sistema que aquí describo se asemeja a lo que se da en la "Comunidad Ecológica de Peñalolén", con la gran diferencia de que en mi propuesta se utiliza tecnología de punta (Robótica y Cibernética) para automatizar todo, liberar a la humanidad de tareas y preocupaciones rutinarias y primitivas y trabajar siempre en el óptimo de la eficiencia. Simplemente no es eficiente que un ser humano dedique su vida a explotar un terreno agrícola. Sin lugar a dudas, las labores de explotación se vuelven de verdad eficientes cuando son realizadas por Robots. Cuando hablo de "Robots" no piensen en Robots como R2D2 o C3PO de la Guerra de las Galaxias . Una Lavadora es un Robot (y es más eficiente que un ser humano), así como una Alarma Automática de Incendios también es un Robot (porque es un dispositivo que recibe datos, toma una decisión y emite una respuesta)
Cuando ocurran las catástrofes que la elite ha preparado (supuesta invasión extraterrestre, dramatización de la caída de un meteorito, fin del Calendario Maya, etc.), la hecatombe alcanzará a todas aquellas personas dependientes del dinero (porque esos papeles carecerán de todo valor), pero los habitantes de las Sociedades Simbióticas sobrevivirán como seres humanos libres.
En una Sociedad Depredadora como la nuestra, era obvio que Estados Unidos culpara gratuitamente a los iraquíes de la Demolición Controlada de las Torres Gemelas, por la sencilla razón de que necesitan el petróleo de Iraq (Juego de Suma Cero). En una Sociedad basada en interacciones simbióticas, las guerras son virtualmente imposibles porque el hecho de que un país A intente destruir a otro país B daña instantáneamente tanto a A como a B.

2. La Clave
La idea de fondo que sustenta el nuevo Modelo Económico es: reemplazar las interacciones Depredadoras por interacciones Simbióticas. Así de sencillo… y así de poderoso. Si alguien quiere ser depredador, que lo sea, pero en un mundo Simbiótico esa elección demostraría ser poco inteligente.

2.1 Definiciones previas
Para continuar con la explicación, necesitamos tener claros ciertos conceptos:
i) Depredación: interacción especial donde un individuo hace de Cazador y otro de Presa. Los Sistemas Monetarios son Depredadores porque se basan en engañar al Cliente (la Presa) para conseguir que éste compre algo por más de lo que vale (o que no necesita). Además, los Sistemas Monetarios depredan la naturaleza porque necesitan explotar los Recursos Naturales lo más rápido posible.
ii) Parasitismo: es una relación abusiva y desequilibrada donde el Parásito consigue el mayor beneficio a costa del Anfitrión. Los únicos seres humanos Parásitos son aquellos que escogen serlo. Incluso la gente enferma y con graves desventajas físicas y/o mentales puede ser parte de la Simbiosis. Demuestro lo que acabo de decir con este link.
iii) Simbiosis: es la estrecha relación entre dos individuos A y B de modo que: si A gana, B gana y si A pierde, B pierde. Aquí debo aclarar que el Sistema que propongo se llama Libre Solidaridad y no Libre Parasitismo. Si alguien no quiere mantener el equilibrio simbiótico, entonces esa persona debe migrar a Sociedades Monetarias porque son más acordes con su forma de pensar.

2.2 La Libre Solidaridad en Acción
Comencemos con una "Célula Simbiótica". Esta puede corresponder a un cuadrado de una hectárea donde se ubican cuatro hogares de 10x10 m2 en cada vértice. El terreno total propio de cada hogar es de 25x25 m2 (6.25 veces cada hogar) y el terreno común es la cruz que queda después de haber hecho la distribución del terreno. El siguiente diagrama aclara lo que acabo de decir:

Si conseguimos que esa Célula sea autosuficiente y simbiótica, entonces todo lo que hay que hacer para propagar la Libre Solidaridad hasta ocupar todo el Planeta es escalar y replicar esa Célula mediante "autopoiesis" las veces que sean necesarias de acuerdo con la cantidad de personas y familias que quieran pertenecer a esta Sociedad Cibernética formada por Seres Humanos Despiertos.
¿Por qué los Sistemas Monetarios no funcionan? (si crees que sí funcionan, ¡Por favor! ¡Mira a tu alrededor!). Una razón es porque se acepta comerciar con el dinero mediante una "tasa de interés", lo que lleva al inevitable agotamiento de los Recursos Naturales (incapacidad de respaldar el dinero con productos tangibles). La otra razón es por la definición que los Sistemas Monetarios proporcionan del término "Familia". Si bien "Familia" se puede definir desde distintos puntos de vista (religioso, esotérico, civil, etc.), esta es la definición oficial que dan del término "Familia" los Sistemas Monetarios desde el punto de vista económico:

"La Familia es la unidad mínima de consumo (así como las Empresas son las unidades mínimas de producción). En Familia es cómo se decide la forma de gastar el dinero".

¡Esa es la clave! ¡Por eso los Sistemas Monetarios no funcionan, porque separan las células de consumo de las células de producción y utilizan el dinero como un obstáculo que restringe el acceso a los bienes y servicios! Durante la Depresión Illuminati de 1929, seguían existiendo alimentos en las Granjas y las Industrias podían producir cualquier cosa, pero la elite utilizó el dinero y la inflación para bloquear el acceso a los recursos. Nunca hubo desabastecimiento de recursos. Lo que no había era "dinero-cash". Por lo tanto, para que nuestra Sociedad Cibernética funcione debemos evitar la artificial separación entre las células de producción y las células de consumo redefiniendo económicamente el término "Familia" del siguiente modo:

"En una Sociedad Simbiótica, la Familia es la unidad mínima de producción y de consumo. Las familias se organizan para dar sus productos gratis porque a cambio reciben gratis los productos de otras familias. Esta transacción comercial no convencional se realiza en un Mercado Simbiótico, donde las familias presentan su producción para que otras familias las tomen gratis y viceversa".

Aquí debo mencionar lo siguiente:
i) Esta es sólo la definición económica de Familia en una Sociedad Simbiótica (no invalida ni pretende ser la definición religiosa, ni esotérica, ni civil ni nada por el estilo)
ii) Para dar y recibir gratis, las familias deben producir en exceso. Para conseguir esto siempre se debe producir con la máxima eficiencia posible en el mundo y si alguien en algún lugar es más eficiente, entonces la Sociedad Simbiótica está obligada a utilizar una tecnología igual o mejor que la de esa persona. El excedente de la producción (después de haber sido distribuido y consumido internamente) se puede comerciar del mismo modo con otras Sociedades Simbióticas (posibles "Aliados") o con Sociedades Depredadoras a las que se les pedirá a cambio cosas verdaderamente valiosas (como oro y/o diamantes) y no dinero.
iii) En un Sistema Monetario el precio mide la escasez de un producto. Si se produce con eficiencia de modo que siempre hayan excedentes, entonces las cosas carecerán de precio y en un Mercado Simbiótico tomar sin pagar un kilo de pescado para consumo interno no será robo.
iv) Si no se necesita dinero para comerciar, entonces los índices de criminalidad bajarán virtualmente a cero. Observemos que la mayoría de los crímenes se realizan para obtener dinero de un modo ilegal.

Durante el proceso de transición de Sociedad Monetaria a Sociedad Simbiótica, se puede utilizar dinero producido por la propia Sociedad Simbiótica y que sea perfectamente intercambiable por algún producto valioso (por ejemplo el billete debe decir: "Vale por un gramo de cobre") y evidentemente será un grave delito utilizar tasa de interés porque en ese caso se estaría especulando con productos que aún no existen y cuya demanda se dispararía exponencialmente debido al interés compuesto.

NOTA: Los recursos y servicios no son perfectamente intercambiables. Por ejemplo: no puedo alimentarme de placas de cobre o respirar clases de Oratoria.

2.2.1 Una Comunidad Cibernética Simbiótica
Como expliqué al comienzo de 2.2, la célula económica básica de consumo y de producción es la Familia y ésta se ve representada físicamente por un hogar que ocupa una superficie privada total de 25x25m2. Para que hayan interacciones sociales simbióticas necesitaremos tres Familias más. Como cada hogar está en el vértice de un cuadrado de una hectárea, existirá una superficie común máxima de 5600 m2 para producir excedentes. En aras de la eficiencia, la replicación autopoiética debe ser fractal regular. Es decir, si de cuatro Familias escalamos la Comunidad a 16 Familias, obtendremos lo siguiente:

Así mismo, cada hogar debe ser parcialmente autosuficiente. Esto significa que cada hogar debe contar con producción propia para sobrevivir, digamos, durante un mes. Por lo tanto, cada hogar debe contar como mínimo con suministros propios de:
- Agua
- Energía
- Calor
- Refugio / Bienestar físico
- Alimentos.

Obviamente se respeta la Libertad y la Privacidad. La forma en la cual cada Familia implementará estas cinco prioridades es libre, pero hago notar que la forma óptima es mediante un escalamiento inverso. Es decir, consideremos la célula original y ahora imaginemos que representa sólo un hogar (en este caso el terreno es 100% privado). Antes de continuar, debo aclarar que lo que aquí propongo no es una Comunidad Ecológica, sino Cibernética (como la sugerida por Jacques Fresco del Proyecto Venus). En una Comunidad Ecológica, sus habitantes reemplazan los trabajos urbanos (Secretaria, Cajero, etc.) por trabajos rurales (Agricultores, Ganaderos, etc.). En una Comunidad Cibernética se utilizan Robots para automatizar todos los procesos productivos y llevarlos al máximo nivel de eficiencia posible, de modo que sus habitantes tengan la opción de migrar a profesiones trascendentes y futuristas. Por lo tanto:
Comunidad Cibernética = [Comunidad Ecológica] + [Tecnología de Punta]

También debo señalar la diferencia entre actividades importantes y trascendentes. Una actividad importante puede ser respirar o alimentarse. Una actividad trascendente puede ser escribir un libro o programar una máquina. A nadie le dan un Premio Nobel por realizar una actividad importante. Lo contrario puede ocurrir con las actividades trascendentes. Es importante saber que no se pueden realizar actividades trascendentes sin primero haber resuelto todas las actividades importantes. El Sistema que aquí propongo pretende que los Robots realicen el trabajo importante para que así la humanidad tenga tiempo para soñar y realizar actividades trascendentes (como diseñar software o colonizar Marte). ¿Acaso "homo sapiens" no significa "hombre sabio"? En una Sociedad Simbiótica, la humanidad contará con más tiempo de ocio, podremos practicar deportes con más frecuencia y por ello seremos más saludables.
Posiblemente la profesión más común en una Sociedad Simbiótica sea Maestro (de Danza, de Artes Marciales, de Diseño de Software, de Oratoria, de Administración de Ecosistemas Solidarios, etc.). El "pago" por estos servicios será almacenado en un "Banco de tiempo" (ya lo explicaré). Sobre las personas con graves discapacidades, si la discapacidad es física, pero no mental, pueden trabajar como Maestros. Si la discapacidad es mental, pero no física, pueden trabajar realizando labores importantes (como cultivar la tierra). Si la discapacidad es tanto mental como física, entonces esa persona obviamente necesita todo nuestro apoyo, solidaridad y compasión y nadie podrá decir que no puede acceder a la mejor medicina existente por el hecho de carecer de dinero (el Gobierno Simbiótico, como representante de la voluntad solidaria de la Comunidad, correrá con los "gastos"). Más detalles en el punto 4.

2.2.2 Las Cinco Necesidades Básicas.
A continuación voy a explicar como una Sociedad Simbiótica satisface las cinco necesidades básicas, a saber: Energía, Calor, Agua, Refugio y Alimentos.

2.2.2.1 Energía: Adiós a la Cuenta de la Electricidad.
Cada Familia se ve reflejada por el hecho de ocupar cierta superficie (en nuestro ejemplo inicial, la superficie total privada es de 30x30m2). En una Sociedad Monetaria esa superficie se desperdicia. En una Sociedad Simbiótica, cada muro está tapizado de células solares. Los requerimientos energéticos medios de un hogar simbiótico pueden ser de 2500 Watts (unas 25 ampolletas de tungsteno prendidas al mismo tiempo). Si no se consigue este valor con los paneles solares, entonces la energía faltante se puede conseguir fácilmente con turbinas eólicas. Cabe señalar que en la actualidad existen modelos económicos de turbinas eólicas de 1 KW y que cuestan apenas USD 1000. También existen cursos de USD 30 en Internet del tipo "Hágalo usted mismo" y que enseñan cómo construir sistemas híbridos eólicos/solares a partir de materiales de desecho. Para que el precio de la energía sea cero (abundancia y no escasez) en la zona común de la Célula Simbiótica se debe instalar un sistema híbrido solar/eólico para suplir las necesidades en los horarios peaks y tener excedentes para comerciarlos con otras sociedades.

2.2.2.2 Calor: Adiós a la cuenta del Gas.
Cada hogar debe contar con muros termoaislantes, sellos térmicos de goma y sistemas de ventanas dobles capaces de minimizar la fuga de energía. Según las necesidades, el exterior de un hogar puede cambiar su índice de reflexividad o absorbancia con el simple acto de cambiar el color (por ejemplo, en las altas latitudes conviene que el exterior sea permanentemente de color negro). El interior puede contar con un Robot que mida la temperatura y que decida proporcionar o expulsar energía térmica, la cual puede ser producida a partir de fuentes de gas de propiedad de la Comunidad. ¿De dónde obtener ese gas gratuitamente? Si la Comunidad no tiene la suerte de poseer sus propias reservas de gas (como sí ocurre en Magallanes) ese gas puede ser "Biogás" (gas obtenido a partir de la biodegradación anaeróbica de los residuos orgánicos). Esta alternativa siempre será posible de implantar dado que los seres humanos siempre van a producir desechos orgánicos. Además, Internet está plagada de cursos económicos que enseñan cómo producir Biogás. Evidentemente, para que el suministro de calor tenga un precio igual a cero (abundancia y no escasez) en el centro de la Célula Simbiótica debe haber una Planta de Biogás ubicada encima de la zona subterránea destinada para actuar como Relleno Sanitario y al lado de la Planta Recicladora de Residuos y del Incinerador. Aquello que no se puede reciclar debe ser incinerado y enterrado y el calor resultante del proceso se puede utilizar para hacer hervir agua y mover una turbina hidráulica capaz de producir energía eléctrica (el excedente se puede almacenar en un Banco de Baterías y/o se puede comerciar con Comunidades Depredadoras).

2.2.2.3 Adiós a la Cuenta del Agua.
Si la Comunidad no tiene la suerte de estar al lado de un río o fuente de agua dulce (superficial o subterránea), cada hogar debe contar con pozos captadores de aguas lluvias. A continuación, una bomba mecánica debe succionar el agua, se deben extraer los sedimentos y descontaminarla y finalmente distribuirla en las respectivas salidas (caños, duchas, WC, etc.). Obviamente para que el precio del agua sea igual a cero, el centro de la Célula Simbiótica también debe contar con una piscina subterránea para almacenar aguas lluvias.

2.2.2.4 Refugio y Bienestar físico.
Cada hogar (100% privado) debe replicar fractalmente la estructura de la Célula Simbiótica, contar con una autonomía mínima de un mes y poseer un Refugio subterráneo conectado con los Refugios subterráneos de las otras tres Familias como mínimo. Además, cada Familia debe decidir libremente cómo satisfacer las cinco necesidades básicas (por ejemplo, en lugar de utilizar un sistema energético híbrido solar/eólico, la Familia puede contar con un gimnasio privado donde el movimiento de las máquinas se utiliza para producir electricidad que posteriormente se almacena en un Banco de Baterías).
Aquí debemos señalar que los Siete Principios que deben aceptar aquellos que voluntariamente decidan vivir en Comunidades Simbióticas son:
i) Libertad
ii) Privacidad (Quienes sacrifican la Privacidad en nombre de la Libertad, no merecen ni la una ni la otra).
iii) Eficiencia (Si alguien es más eficiente que nosotros, entonces estamos obligados como mínimo a igualarlo).
iv) Se incentivan (no se obligan) las interacciones simbióticas (o, en el peor de los caso, se incentivan las interacciones neutras).
v) Cibernación (si lo puede hacer un Robot, entonces debe hacerlo un Robot)
vi) Se evita la corrupción y la existencia de una elite mediante el Gobierno Simbiótico (ver el punto 5).
vii) Los criminales pagan sus deudas con la Sociedad realizando labores importantes (no se pagan las deudas con la Sociedad viviendo como parásito dentro de la cárcel)

2.2.2.5 Alimentación
No es este el lugar para demostrar que ser Vegano es como mínimo veinte veces más eficiente que ser omnívoro o carnívoro (ver lo que dijo Peter Singer al respecto). Además, ser voluntariamente Vegano es sin duda una muestra de un estado superior de conciencia porque se deriva de nuestro compromiso con la eficiencia, la simbiosis entre todas las especies y el amor y la compasión hacia todos los seres capaces de distinguir entre el placer y el sufrimiento. Como la mayoría de los actuales seres humanos ha sido educado por el Sistema para ignorar el sufrimiento animal, propongo la siguiente dieta no extremista:

i) Vegetales (frutas, verduras, legumbres, algas, etc.)
ii) Huevos
iii) Leche
iv) Pescados
v) Mariscos

Es decir, como máximo le provocaremos sufrimiento a los peces y mariscos (y no a nuestros parientes más cercanos como las vacas, los pollos y los cerdos). En el caso de la leche (de vaca, de burra, de cabra, etc.) la interacción será simbiótica: el animal nos dará leche y a cambio recibirá nuestra protección (alimentación, refugio y libre desplazamiento a través de las zonas comunes). En el caso de los huevos (de gallina, de perdiz, de pato, de avestruz, etc.) se dará la misma situación simbiótica (huevos a cambio de alimentación, refugio y libre desplazamiento). En caso de que la Comunidad no tenga la suerte de ubicarse al lado del mar, los peces y mariscos se pueden criar en piscinas automatizadas ubicadas en el centro de la Célula Simbiótica. Sobre el primer ítem (vegetales) la eficiencia se inclina hacia los invernaderos, la hidroponía y el cultivo vertical. Es decir, la superficie cultivable se puede incrementar apreciablemente (y tener excedentes) si se utilizan torres de invernaderos de muchos pisos, donde cada piso debe poseer un par de centímetros de compost o de soluciones minerales (aquí vemos una interacción simbiótica con las lombrices).

2.2.2.6 ¿Quién necesita del Dinero?
Acabo de demostrar que una Sociedad se puede organizar simbióticamente y suplir sus cinco necesidades básicas sin necesidad de utilizar dinero. ¿Pero qué hay de los productos manufacturados como un computador o un automóvil? Una Familia típica no puede disponer de tiempo para realizar actividades trascendentes si le damos la misión de construir automóviles para el resto de la Comunidad. Es cierto. Una Familia típica no puede hacerlo… ¡Pero muchas Familias trabajando simbióticamente en equipo sí! Una Familia se puede encargar de sólo automatizar la producción de tornillos. Otra Familia se puede encargar de sólo automatizar la producción de cables metálicos, etc. Y en el centro de la Célula Simbiótica se pueden realizar las labores más complejas como el ensamblaje y el Control de Calidad (por medio de Robots). Así es como podremos producir cualquier producto manufacturado con un precio igual a cero (damos gratis los componentes y a cambio recibimos gratis el producto ensamblado). Inevitablemente algunos productos manufacturados serán escasos debido a la cantidad de Familias disponibles en una Sociedad Simbiótica realista (si todo el planeta fuera simbiótica, entonces nada sería escaso). Esos productos escasos se pueden adquirir desde otras Comunidades Simbióticas, o desde Comunidades Depredadoras, y almacenarlos en una "Biblioteca de Productos Manufacturados". Me explico. Si tengo un automóvil, ese automóvil no lo utilizo las 24 horas del día. Si tengo una Cámara de Video, esa Cámara de Video no la utilizo las 24 horas del día. Etcétera. La posesión de esos productos no suele ser eficiente. Al contrario, es extremadamente ineficiente tener un automóvil en el cual suele viajar un par de horas al día sólo una persona (el conductor), siendo que normalmente caben cinco personas. Así mismo, es extremadamente ineficiente tener una Cámara de Video y utilizarla sólo un par de veces al año en circunstancias especiales como un matrimonio o un cumpleaños. Por lo tanto, esos productos pueden estar almacenados en una "Biblioteca" y concederlos gratuitamente para su utilización temporal, del mismo modo como ocurre con los libros de una Biblioteca Pública.
Después de todo lo que he explicado, díganme: ¿De verdad necesitamos del dinero? ¿Vamos a seguir permitiendo que una banda de psicópatas que nos ofrece petróleo a cambio de sangre siga haciendo aparecer dinero de la nada cuando lo imprime o digita en un computador sólo porque la Ley (inventada por ellos mismos) se lo permite?

3. Como acabar con la pobreza mediante "LogoNet", la Internet Solidaria.
Imaginemos primero una red de computadores eficientes que transmiten hipertexto mediante el protocolo http u otro mejor. Para que la red sea eficiente debemos conseguir al menos lo mismo que hoy consigue Internet, pero gratis (o casi gratis). Por lo tanto, esa red de computadores puede basarse en Linux (estable, rápido, de código abierto, basado en la filosofía solidaria y gratutito). A esta nueva red le llamaremos "LogoNet" y será muy distinta de Internet porque nos permitirá descargar productos manufacturados gratuitamente. Sí, dije "descargar". Imaginemos una persona pobre que necesita una mamadera para su bebé. Para adquirir ese producto a un costo cero, todo lo que esa persona tiene que hacer es conectarse a LogoNet y descargarlo. ¿Pero cómo se puede descargar un producto manufacturado? Aquí está la explicación:

Cualquier producto manufacturado (una cuchara, una escultura, un escritorio, etc.) es simplemente una matriz sólida de información. Esa matriz sólida de información se puede especificar en programas WYSIWYG del tipo AutoCAD mediante curvas de nivel. Todos los miembros de la Comunidad Simbiótica sabrán cómo dibujar curvas de nivel de sus creaciones y las subirán gratuitamente a LogoNet por el mero placer de hacerlo (para que esto sea eficiente, las curvas de nivel deben especificar objetos diseñados modularmente). A continuación cuando alguien necesita de cierto producto, esa persona ingresa el patrón de búsqueda en el Buscador de LogoNet y observa las fotos disponibles hasta que encuentra un producto que sea de su agrado. Es simplemente una máquina con aspecto de impresora que interpreta las curvas de nivel y que reconstruye el objeto mediante polímeros calentados en lugar de utilizar las típicas tintas. Si cada Comunidad Simbiótica contara con al menos un Replicador, podríamos acabar rápidamente con la pobreza. Hago notar que pobreza no es escasez de dinero, sino de recursos.

4. Las Profesiones Simbióticas y el Banco de Tiempo.
Imaginemos que alguien necesita terapia con el Sicólogo, clases de Arquería o Asesoría Legal. ¿Cómo se satisfacen necesidades de ese tipo en una Sociedad Simbiótica?
Para recibir, primero hay que dar. Imaginemos que una persona llamada Pablo publica sus servicios en LogoNet y espera hasta que otra persona, a quien llamaremos Juan, los demanda (lógicamente el principal consumidor de servicios importantes y trascendentes será el Gobierno Simbiótico). Después de dar sus servicios, Pablo debe cobrarlos y para ello se conecta a LogoNet y Juan transfiere sus "Solidarios" desde su cuenta a la de Pablo, especificando la razón de la transferencia (por ejemplo: 2 horas de clases de Computación). Un Solidario es una unidad de tiempo ponderado que sirve para medir cuánto ha aportado cada uno a la Sociedad. La Base de Datos global que almacena esta información se denomina "Banco de Tiempo". Así como cada persona es libre de cobrar lo que quiera por sus Servicios, así mismo cada persona es libre de escoger el prestador de servicios acorde con su presupuesto. Para evitar la inflación y la especulación, el Gobierno Simbiótico siempre utilizará la siguiente tabla de referencia para pagar los sueldos de los empleados fiscales:
* Servicio estándar de Maestro: 500 solidarios/hora
* Servicio estándar de Médico: 1000 solidarios/hora
Obviamente, un Profesional Senior puede cobrar más.
Cualquier otro servicio se valorará de acuerdo con estos dos puntos de referencia. Por ejemplo, la valoración social de un Ingeniero estándar suele ser mayor que la de un Maestro y menor que la de un Médico.
Siguiendo con la historia de Pablo, ahora Pablo tiene cierta cantidad de Solidarios en su cuenta, razón por la cual puede buscar en LogoNet el profesional que necesita, demandar sus servicios y pagarle del mismo modo como Juan le pagó (mediante una transferencia de Solidarios a través de LogoNet).

El Solidario es distinto del dinero debido a las siguientes reglas que utiliza el Banco de Tiempo:

i) No existe la tasa de interés
ii) El único que puede crear Solidarios de la nada es el Gobierno Simbiótico (los crea cada vez que paga los servicios de sus Ciudadanos).
iii) Las transacciones en Solidarios llevan un impuesto igual a cero.
iv) Es legal transferir Solidarios a cambio de nada (por ejemplo, un padre puede transferir Solidarios a la cuenta de su hijo cuando su hijo necesita de una cirugía urgente).
v) El Banco de Tiempo puede declarar nulas ciertas transacciones (por ejemplo es muy sospechoso prestar 500 horas de servicios en un mes).
vi) Los Solidarios sólo sirven para transar servicios (no son convertibles en productos tangibles).

Las primeras dos reglas apenas merecen ser comentadas. Si esas reglas no existieran, entonces seguiríamos teniendo una elite de Banqueros que en lugar de esclavizar a la humanidad con euros o dólares, ahora lo harían con Solidarios. La tercera, cuarta y quinta regla son autoexplicativas. La sexta regla merece una explicación detallada porque en las Economías Monetarias parece ser normal lo contrario.
La humanidad está al borde de la extinción debido a que los Sistemas Monetarios no respetan la sexta regla. Los servicios crecen mucho más rápido que los recursos naturales, de modo que si aceptamos la equivalencia entre servicios y bienes, el resultado será el rápido agotamiento de los recursos naturales. Cuando alguien hoy va al Banco a solicitar un préstamo, el Banco le exigirá una garantía. ¿La garantía de qué tipo es: algo material (como un automóvil o un bien inmueble) o un servicio ("100 horas de clases de danza")? Obviamente los Bancos exigen algo material. De modo que incluso los mismos Bancos (el núcleo de los Sistemas Monetarios) aceptan camufladamente la sexta regla: los servicios no deben ser convertibles en bienes.

NOTA:
Cualquier elaboración intelectual (un algoritmo, un e-book, etc.) se considerará un servicio. Los libros impresos en papel reciclado, blanqueados sin cloro e impresos con tintas no tóxicas también se considerarán servicios y se podrán transar en Solidarios (el Gobierno Simbiótico necesita de ciudadanos cultos).

5. El Sistema de Gobierno Simbiótico
No existe nada más corrupto que la Política de los Sistemas Monetarios. No existe nada más ineficiente que la Política de los Sistemas Monetarios. No existe nada más despilfarrador de recursos que la Política de los Sistemas Monetarios. Al respecto quiero contar un ejemplo personal. En mi país existe una Avenida llamada Pedro de Valdivia y que mide más de siete kilómetros. Cada poste del tendido eléctrico está separado cerca de diez metros uno del otro. Pues bien, durante las campañas políticas todos y cada uno de los postes de la Avenida Pedro de Valdivia aparecen tapados con publicidad política, la mayoría de la cual es financiada por los futuros perdedores. ¿Y dónde termina toda esa publicidad? EN LA BASURA. Cuando veo todo eso sólo puedo pensar en una cosa: TAMAÑO DESPILFARRO DE RECURSOS.

La Política de los Sistemas Monetarios presenta los siguientes graves defectos que la hacen obsoleta en una sociedad futurista:
i) Ineficiencia máxima (ej: clase política numerosa y que realiza trabajos que en la empresa privada podrían ser realizados por un grupo de personas diez veces menor)
ii) Corrupción máxima (ej: tráfico de influencias). Si esto no fuera cierto, entonces a nadie le importaría el Partido Político del Presidente.
iii) Despilfarro de recursos máxima (ej: publicidad política que termina en la basura y cuyo destino final se paga con el dinero de los contribuyentes)
iv) Mentiras máximas para conseguir el voto de las masas (Ej: Obama)
v) Polarización de la Sociedad por intermedio de Partidos Políticos "Opu-mismos" (parecen opuestos, pero son lo mismo). Desde el punto de vista de un Banquero Internacional no importa el Sistema de Gobierno de un país, porque ese país siempre necesitará de su dinero.
vi) Sistema ideado de modo que en condiciones normales es virtualmente imposible que Ciudadanos como tú o como yo accedamos a la Presidencia de la República (por ejemplo, por no contar con setenta millones de pesos es imposible que un Ciudadano común y corriente pueda inscribir su candidatura en el Servicio Electoral | Ver Más)

¿Cómo evitar estas cosas? En el fondo lo que debemos preguntar es: ¿Queremos un buen Gobierno o la Política-Farándula de los Sistemas Monetarios? A la luz de lo que he expuesto debe ser claro que no se puede tener ambas cosas. Los Partidos Políticos son empresas que venden ideales y que tienen un sello de marca que la gente reconoce (los ideales de la "Clase Media", los ideales de los Empresarios, etc.). Mediante Campañas de Marketing realizadas por las mismas empresas que promocionan detergentes o condones, los Partidos Políticos endiosan seres humanos que cuentan con el beneplácito de la elite y le lavan el cerebro a las masas para que la gente crea que ellos son los líderes (pero si conociéramos las verdaderas trayectorias de vida de esos supuestos líderes, ni borrachos votaríamos por ellos). Finalmente cuando esos líderes llegan al poder, olvidan todas sus promesas y se ponen a obedecer las órdenes de sus verdaderos Patrones (aquellos que financiaron sus campañas políticas). Los líderes políticos de los Sistemas Monetarios no trabajan para la gente. Ellos trabajan para la pequeña elite que los controla y que pagó sus campañas políticas.

De verdad, no vale la pena seguir defendiendo un sistema con metástasis generalizada.

El Sistema de Gobierno que estoy por exponer es totalmente virtuoso porque se basa en la Simbiosis. Recordemos la definición de Simbiosis: es la estrecha relación entre dos individuos A y B de modo que si A gana, B gana y si A pierde, B pierde. Efecto secundario: en un Sistema de Gobierno Simbiótico no conviene que los Líderes sean corruptos, PORQUE AL HACERLO SE DAÑARÁN A SÍ MISMOS. Luego, El Sistema de Gobierno Simbiótico presenta las siguientes características:
i) Es extremadamente eficiente
ii) La corrupción es virtualmente nula
iii) El despilfarro de recursos es virtualmente inexistente
iv) Los Políticos hablan con la verdad
v) La Sociedad no está polarizada (porque es Simbiótica)
vi) Cualquiera puede llegar a ser Presidente (y probablemente lo sea al menos una vez)

A continuación paso a describir el Sistema de Gobierno Simbíótico.

5.1 Los Candidatos
En primer lugar, cada Familia postula libremente sólo un candidato para sólo uno de los tres puestos políticos: Ejecutivo (Presidente), Legislativo o Judicial. Para evitar el surgimiento de una elite, es obligatorio que cada Familia presente un candidato. El prestigio de cada Familia está en juego, por lo tanto esto garantiza que cada Familia presentará su mejor carta (si postulan un mal candidato, dañarán tanto a los demás como a sí mismos). Hago notar que si una Familia es Socialista, Teocrática o lo que sea, posiblemente nominen un candidato acorde con sus convicciones. Perfecto. Que así sea.
El candidato debe:
i) Ser adulto (por ejemplo, mayor de 18 años)
ii) No haber sido condenado a una pena aflictiva
iii) Haber sido nominado como candidato por su Familia (en una Economía de Recursos, cada hogar cuenta como una Familia)
iv) Saber leer y escribir
v) Saber sumar, restar, multiplicar y dividir
vi) Haber aprobado un curso gratuito de 30 horas sobre Administración de Comunidades Simbióticas
vii) Certificar que no pertenece a una Sociedad Secreta (porque en caso contrario, la lealtad estará con la Sociedad Secreta y no con la Comunidad). Una Sociedad deja de ser Secreta cuando publica en LogoNet la lista de sus miembros, militantes, simpatizantes, iniciados o como quiera que se llamen.

5.2 La Elección
¿El Presidente qué es: el Primer Servidor Público o el Líder que debe ser obedecido? A diferencia de los Sistemas Monetarios, en una Comunidad Simbiótica el Presidente es el Primer Servidor Público. Por lo tanto, da lo mismo quien gane la elección, porque los candidatos postulan a los tres cargos políticos no por amor al poder, si no para garantizar que el Sistema Simbiótico funcione. Además dije: "Cualquiera puede llegar a ser Presidente (y probablemente lo sea al menos una vez)". Por lo tanto, la elección es… ALEATORIA. ¡Sí! ¡Leyeron bien! Del mismo modo como se decide el ganador de la Lotería o de la ONCE, así también se determina quienes ocuparán los tres cargos políticos. Hago notar que cuando digo que es probable que cualquier persona llegue a ser Presidente al menos una vez en su vida, lo que realmente quiero decir es que la probabilidad de llegar a ser Presidente en una Sociedad Simbiótica es miles de veces mayor que llegar a serlo en una Sociedad Monetaria.
La corrupción se minimiza considerando los siguientes puntos:
i) Cada candidato fue nominado por su Familia. Si hace las cosas mal, manchará el nombre de su Familia y ésta no podrá participar en las próximas elecciones (la cantidad de veces que esa Familia no podrá participar dependerá del tipo de error o delito cometido por su nominado)
ii) La permanencia en el cargo es corta: para una Comunidad pequeña (como la Comunidad Ecológica de Peñalolén) sugiero un mes. Para una Comunidad grande (como un país) sugiero un año.
iii) Se prohíbe la reelección inmediata (a veces el azar nos hace bromas). Los que ya fueron Líderes Políticos no pueden participar en la elección inmediatamente siguiente.
iv) Los nuevos Líderes Políticos al asumir sus cargos deben realizar una Auditoría a los Líderes Políticos inmediatamente anteriores.

5.3 Asunción del cargo
Los tres ganadores del sorteo serán los Líderes de cada uno de los tres poderes y su labor será hacer que el Sistema Simbiótico funcione, considerando los criterios obligatorios de eficiencia y eficacia. Las dos primeras tareas que deben realizar después de asumir sus cargos son:
i) Contratar desde LogoNet los servicios de Ayudantes, Ministros y/o Empleados Fiscales (si es aconsejable, pueden ser los Líderes Políticos y/o Empleados Fiscales anteriores). Obviamente el sueldo de los Ayudantes debe estar especificado en "Solidarios".
ii) Realizar una Auditoría a los Líderes Políticos inmediatamente anteriores.

5.4 Labores y Responsabilidades
Como ya sabemos, la labor de los tres Líderes Políticos es hacer que el Sistema Simbiótico funcione. La transparencia es muy importante, razón por la cual todas y cada una de las decisiones tomadas por los Líderes Políticos aparecerán publicadas en LogoNet. Además, los Ayudantes o Empleados Fiscales sólo responden ante sus respectivos Jefes directos de acuerdo con la estructura de cada organigrama.

5.4.1 Poder Judicial
La labor del Líder del Poder Judicial es garantizar que las leyes se apliquen correctamente y tomar decisiones finales en ciertos juicios especiales. Observemos que la cantidad de juicios se verá reducida en al menos un factor 10, ya que en ausencia de dinero los índices de criminalidad disminuirán virtualmente a cero. Por otro lado, la aplicación de la Justicia se puede volver muchísima más eficiente si durante las declaraciones se utilizan escáneres cerebrales capaces de monitorear la actividad de las zonas cerebrales responsables de la elaboración de las mentiras.

5.4.2 Poder Ejecutivo
La labor del Presidente corresponde a representar la voluntad de la Sociedad Simbiótica mediante su firma en contratos, tratados y negociaciones. Además, es el responsable de hacer evolucionar a la Sociedad Simbiótica mediante la sugerencia de proyectos innovadores. También puede "recolectar impuestos" (no se asusten) convocando a la participación en las Loterías de la Comunidad, donde cada persona que libremente desee participar podrá adquirir números ofreciendo a cambio dinero de Comunidades Depredadoras o cosas verdaderamente valiosas (como placas de cobre o joyas) y que permitan que la Sociedad Simbiótica realice transacciones comerciales con Sociedades Depredadoras (por ejemplo, solicitar la construcción de un Aeropuerto a una empresa de una Sociedad Monetaria). Más que cosas materiales, sugiero sortear servicios en instituciones públicas (cursos, 10 horas en un Spa, etc.).

El Presidente puede declarar la guerra sólo en los siguientes tres casos:
i) Como defensa en contra de una agresión realizada en contra de la Comunidad
ii) Como defensa en contra de una agresión realizada en contra de sus Aliados (el carácter de "Aliado" se especifica mediante un Tratado público)
iii) En caso de que la otra Sociedad no cumpliera con su palabra estipulada en un Tratado o Acuerdo.

Observemos que:
i) No existe la farsa de las "Guerras Preventivas"
ii) Para Comunidades pequeñas se debe sustituir "declarar la guerra" por "iniciar una acción judicial", lo que puede incluir actos de repudio y protestas pacíficas en "territorio hostil".

5.4.3 Poder Legislativo
La labor del Líder del Poder Legislativo es dirigir la redacción de leyes o reglas que incentiven las interacciones simbióticas, considerando la máxima que dice: "Mientras más leyes, menos justicia" (la eficiencia siempre por delante). Esto se puede conseguir rediseñando la Sociedad de modo que se motive el comportamiento correcto. Por ejemplo, en lugar de prohibir conducir en estado de ebriedad (un adulto de verdad no necesita tenerlo por escrito para encontrar evidente que ese comportamiento está mal), lo que se puede hacer es construir automóviles que exijan la alcoholemia para activar el motor. Si el potencial conductor no aprueba la alcoholemia, entonces el automóvil simplemente no partirá. Además, si "n" leyes se derivan del mismo principio lógico, entonces los Legisladores deben considerar sólo el principio base para así evitar legislar n veces sobre la misma cosa (las n leyes pasan a ser n ejemplos del principio base). El Líder del Poder Legislativo también puede derogar leyes que se hayan vuelto obsoletas y promover la redacción de nuevas leyes.
Hago notar que en una Sociedad Simbiótica (que se rige por la eficiencia y eficacia) un Manual de Procedimientos Público se considera una Ley porque esos manuales garantizan producir con abundancia y no con escasez.

6. Conclusión
Se está preparando la hecatombe final y, a diferencia de 1929, esta vez el desastre afectará a todo el mundo debido a que hoy la Economía es verdaderamente global. Cuando esto ocurra, nosotros nos quedaremos con el dinero, papeles carentes de todo valor, mientras que los Grandes Banqueros Internacionales se quedarán con cosas realmente valiosas (como terrenos cultivables y bienes inmuebles) al hacer efectivas las garantías de las deudas. La única forma de salvarnos y de evitar la eliminación de todos nuestros derechos es organizarnos simbióticamente ahora. En la película "El día que la Tierra se detuvo", un científico le explicó al extraterrestre Klaatu que la humanidad necesita estar al borde del precipicio para despertar y cambiar. Debo corregir eso: la humanidad estúpida y dormida necesita estar al borde del precipicio para cambiar, pero la fracción de la humanidad inteligente y despierta es capaz de tomar medidas antes de que ocurran las catástrofes y así evitar el sufrimiento. ADDENDUM (Neo-Tribalismo)
1) En una Comunidad Cibernética Simbiótica (CCS) cada casa cuenta como una familia, o más precisamente, cada casa cuenta como una tribu. Como la primera misión de cualquier sistema autopoiético es ser autosustentable, el diseño fractal garantiza la autorregulación. Nadie necesita decirle a una tribu que tiene que frenar su explosión demográfica. La misma tribu se autorregula, ya sea frenando la aparición de nuevos miembros o creando una nueva Célula Simbiótica (CS) autosustentable. Dado que no puede haber crecimiento infinito con recursos finitos, cada tribu siempre tendrá dos opciones:
i) Frenar su crecimiento si no puede crear una nueva CS
ii) Generar una tribu hija en caso de contar con los recursos suficientes para hacerlo.

Recordemos que en una CCS:
i) Se recibe gratis porque se da gratis. Si una tribu tiene exceso de miembros, perderá el derecho de recibir gratis porque no tendrá nada que aportar gratis en el Mercado Simbiótico. Esto es similar a la solución que utilizan los chinos para frenar la explosión demográfica.
ii) Un recurso por un recurso. Un servicio por un servicio. No es sustentable un recurso por un servicio ni un servicio por un recurso
iii) Se favorece la simbiósis y no el parasitismo
iv) Cada CS está obligada a ser autosuficiente (se puede imaginar que el patio o jardín de cada casa produce suficiente alimento como mínimo para todos los miembros de la tribu)

Corolario:
Si no se puede crear una CS autosuficiente, entonces la tribu espontáneamente frenará su expansión demográfica. Es decir, conseguimos solucionar el problema Malthusiano invirtiendo la escala. En una CCS la explosión demográfica no es un problema global, sino tribal (convertimos el problema grande en uno pequeño de muchísima más fácil solución).

2) Ley de la Competencia Limitada
"El mundo no fue hecho para una sola especie y la especie que crea lo contrario, se autodestruirá". Es decir, la Ley funciona indefectiblemente incluso si no crees en ella.
Los tres corolarios de esta Ley garantizan la evolución, la supervivencia y la biodiversidad:
i) Se prohíbe matar a la competencia
ii) Toma lo que necesitas y deja todo lo demás en paz
iii) Es válido negar a tu competidor el acceso a lo que tú estás comiendo, pero no debes negar el acceso a la comida en general.

ADDENDUM (Neo-Tribalism)
1) In a Symbiotic Cyber Community (CCS) each house counts as a family , or more precisely, each house countas as a tribe. As the first mission of any autopoietic system is self-sustaining, the fractal design ensures self-regulation. Nobody needs to tell a tribe that has to stop its population explosion. The same tribe is self-regulating, either slowing the emergence of new members or creating a new Cell Symbiotic (CS) self-sustaining. Because you can not have infinite growth with finite resources, each tribe will always have two options:
i) Stop their growth can not create a new CS
ii) Generate a tribe daughter should have sufficient resources to do so.

Recall that a CCS:
